Happy New Year!...

...and please help us help even more Thrivers in 2018!

It’s that time of year again! Time to close the chapter on another year and look forward to a new one.

As we all stand at this crossroads between the past and the future, it’s the perfect time for us all to ask ourselves a few questions.

What did you achieve in 2017?

What challenges did you face and overcome?

What can you take away from any mistakes or failures?

What successes can you celebrate?

What are you grateful for?

All of these questions form part of our Thrive Cycle and Thriver Competencies (in particular Phase 4, ‘Alive & Thrivin’) and can be applied yes, to an entire year, but to a month or week or even a single day. They’re questions we ask our Thrivers and we are also asking these questions of ourselves here at Thrive Nation!

Our Thrive Cycle and Thriver Competencies are the cornerstone of our coaching approach.

We use them to guide all of our coaching sessions and draw on a wide range of questions, tools

and exercises in a highly personalized way for each Thriver to help them move forward and thrive!

Assessing the past can be a rich and rewarding experience, but it’s only ever as powerful as our ability to use the information and insight we glean to then move forward.

With that in mind, what are you setting your sights on for 2018?

Goal-setting is an essential part of our Thrive Cycle and Thriver Competencies (particularly Phase 2, ‘Honing and Owning my Thrive’) and naturally forms a keystone of our coaching. It’s also critical to our own development as an organization, so we’re asking ourselves these very same questions!
